Lindsay Jamison CYT-500, is a visionary artist, healing arts facilitator, mindfulness meditation and yogic lifestyle educator. She graduated from the University of the Arts in 2009 with a BFA in Sculpture. In 2011 she completed her first yoga teacher training and has continued to gain over 1,000 hours of education in the field of holistic wellness.

Lindsay specializes in uplifting the community with unique healing arts workshops, corporate seminars and private, personalized sessions. She creates mandalas and sacred geometry art intended to heal and shift consciousness. Lindsay bridges visual arts with ancient healing art practices for personal empowerment and positive lifestyle transformation.

She has been teaching art since 2010 and has many certifications in hatha yoga, chair yoga, children’s yoga, adaptive yoga,  yin yoga, Usui Reiki Ryoho, mindfulness meditation and shamanic practices. Lindsay specializes in creating unique personalized therapeutic sessions for her private clients. Currently, she has a private practice, is the Yoga Director at Mellow Massage & Yoga and offers corporate wellness seminars with Do It Better Wellness in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Her mission is to bridge her passion for creative expression with accessible, transformative education that aims to shift collective consciousness. . She has an active studio art practice and is a member of the ROMPUS Art Collective and the Non-Stop Vision Train Visionary Art Community.
