In our busy, demanding lives and in this time of uncertainty, it can be very difficult to keep stress and anxiety at bay. Luckily, we have ancient techniques to remind us how to live a more peaceful, balanced life amidst the chaos of modern times. Learn a wide variety of tools to train your busy mind. Just like you need to work your muscles for physical strength, mindfulness meditation trains our mind to be flexible, open, more compassionate and provides us with a pillar of inner strength and overall resilience in life.  This class is for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike to build upon your practice. Please bring and open and curious mind.

Lindsay Jamison CYT 500 has been meditating for over a decade. Lindsay’s personal journey has been one of radical transformation from past to present with the guidance of ancient practices like meditation, yoga and shamanism. As an educator, she is passionate about empowering each individual on their unique path to healing and holistic health. She currently teaches private lessons, group classes, workshops, wellness seminars and is a practicing visual artist and healing arts facilitator.
