Full Moon Art Journey

Connect to the rhythm of nature with intention, focus, creativity and your unique imagination. These monthly art sessions are created in a ritual container that draws on the energy of the moon's cycles as an opportunity to look deeper into oneself and the realm of spirit. Discover the astrological importance of the energies of this full moon for expanded clarity on your path with our cohost, astrology advocate & creativity coach Rachel Venooker of Creative Coaching Services.

Learn how to journey beyond ordinary, waking consciousness to connect with your compassionate helping spirits for guidance and wisdom on a shamanic journey. We use the sound of drums, rattles and our own voices to alter our brainwaves which opens access to unseen spiritual realms in a trance state. 

Afterwards, we will move into an intuitive art practice that allows us to expand the trance state in a tangible, fun and creative way. Learn how to create sacred space, connect to the realm of spirit and dive deeper into developing your own creative, meditative practice. This class will be held on Zoom and is open to all levels of experience, no experience necessary.

What you will need: A comfortable place to sit or lie down (mat or couch); pillows/blanket; an eye mask or bandana; a journal to record your experience; whatever art materials you would like to use. (Colored pencils, crayons, markers, paints, digital… your choice!)

About Facilitator:

Lindsay Jamison is a visual artist, yoga and meditation educator and magical arts practitioner. She has been studying magic and shamanism since a spiritual awakening in 2017 that led her to seek teachers and tools to put her other-worldly experiences into context. Connecting to these practices has been a wonderful gift that she is passionate about sharing with others.
